By booking an appointment with Chloé Luxe Studio you agree to the following:
• A consultation is compulsory before all hair colouring services. A skin/patch test is required at least 48 hours before all hair colouring services and selected beauty treatments, including lash tinting, brow tinting, hybrid brows, brow lamination, lash lifts (LVL), and any other treatment where tint or adhesive products may be used. Additional treatments may also require a patch test at Chloé Luxe Studio's discretion. If a required consultation or patch test has not been completed, your appointment may need to be postponed or cancelled.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult where appropriate.
• Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy or medications that may affect your treatment before your appointment.
• Hair and beauty results can vary depending on individual hair type, skin type and aftercare.
• A skin/patch test is required at least 48 hours before all colour services and selected beauty treatments. A new patch test will also be required if 6 months or more have passed since your last applicable treatment, or if there has been a change in the products used.
• Chloé Luxe Studio reserves the right to refuse or stop a treatment where it is not considered safe or suitable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
